Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want every customer to love their purchase. If your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue, we’ll gladly offer a no-charge replacement or refund.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
We may request that the damaged item be returned; if so, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Customer Preference Returns
Because each print is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to customer preference (such as size, color, or format selection).
Cancellations & Restocking Fees
Orders canceled or exchanged after production has begun are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and material costs.
